7am ~ 1 cawan psyllium husk & bercawan2 air kosong
8am ~ 3 bj telor rebus
2.30pm ~ 1 bj telor rebus + 1 keping nenas + 1 tongkol jagung rebus
6pm ~ 2 bj telor goreng + sambal ikan bilis petai
8pm ~ susu omega + milo nescafe
9pm ~ 2 suap nasi lauk sambal ikan bilis (mak suapkan) heheheeh...
walla weiiiii....
