Green Tea  (Camellia Sinensis)

Natural source of powerful antioxidants
For centuries, green tea is believed to hold within it a special health-preserving and life-enhancing power. Traditional health claims for green tea include:
·         Boosts metabolism and speed up fat oxidation
·         Inhibits the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. LDL "bad" cholesterol is more dangerous when it has been oxidized, as it then becomes "sticky" and more likely to clog the arteries.
·         Improves mental clarity
·         Improves blood circulation
·         Enhances immune function
·         Maintains oral health
·         Reduces fatigues

Modern scientific researchers have revealed and confirmed that the revitalizing power and disease-preventing properties of green tea are attributed to important phytonutrients in tea leaves --- polyphenols. The primary polyphenols found in green tea are flavonoids, namely catechins, which include catechin, epicatechin (EC), epigallocatechin (EGC), epicatechin gallate (ECG), and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). EGCG is viewed as the most significant active component, which has demonstrated greater antioxidant protection than vitamin C and E in experimental studies.
Roselle (Hibiscus sabdariffa)

Known as the "Oriental Beauty Fruit" due to its reputation for promoting good skin
Roselle calyx has high contents of vitamin C and anthocyanins which can increase the level of resistance of our body to diseases and gives roselle its deep red colour. It has been used in folk medicine as a diuretic and mild laxative. Roselle tea helps:-
·         digestion
·         reduce the build up of fatty deposits in arteries and reduce blood cholesterol levels
·         preserve healthy skin and youthfulness

Young Green Barley Leaf  (Hordeum Vulgare)

A storehouse of active ingredients
Research has shown that young green barley leaves is a valuable source of natural vitamins, minerals, live enzymes, antioxidants, amino acids & chlorophyll.

Lotus Leaf (Nelumbo nucifera)

Traditionally used to help with constipation, to lose weight and body fat
Lotus leaves contain high concentrations of phytochemicals, compounds produced by plants to defend themselves against bacterial and fungal infections. The substances found in lotus leaf extract include alkaloids, flavonoids and tannins. Both flavonoids and tannins are powerful antioxidants that have been connected with weight loss and cardiovascular health. Lotus leaf helps to suppress appetite, increases energy expenditure and accelerates lipid metabolism.

Stevia  (Stevia Rebaudiana)

Natural sweetness WITHOUT sugar
Stevia is a South American herb that has been used as a sweetener by the Guarani Indians of Paraguay for hundreds of years. The leaves of this small, green plant have a delicious and refreshing taste that can be 30 times sweeter than sugar. The sweetness of stevia is largely due to its complex stevioside and rebaudioside components.
Unique features of stevia
·         Suitable for diabetics.
·         SAFE as it's NOT digested and absorbed by our body.
·         NO calories. Ideal for weight-watchers.
·         Inhibits the growth and reproduction of bacteria that cause gum disease and tooth decay.
·     Improves digestion
